  • Act as social media manager for Eastminster Presbyterian Church and Calvary Lutheran Church, developing and maintaining strategies to choose media, manage posting, and track goal achievement. Create and maintain weekly e-newsletter. Update websites and create content.
  • Compose blog entries, phone scripts, website copy for the National Restaurant Association, the American Hotel & Lodging, National Registry, CHART and more.
  • Content writer for Demand Media Studio on a variety of topics from financial management to performing arts.

Project Management

  • Designed and wrote 14-volume, two-year mentoring program for assistant managers for Club Managers Association of America. Presented mentoring program at international conference.
  • Oversaw the design and implementation of a national school-to-work program. Collaborated with allied national non-profit associations, the Department of Education and the Department of Labor.
  • Achieved certification for the Educational Institute of AH&LA’s alcohol server training program in 46 states. Visited with compliance officers, wrote customized training supplements, established in-house policies and gave expert feedback on ongoing state legislation.
  • Provided lesson plan and instructional design support for drama lessons for classes at Montessori Children’s House.
